When approaching my studio to start this series, I took everything in. How I was feeling. Where I am at. What I wanted to share. Upon my first few brush strokes I instantly knew that this series would reflect my certainty as an artist. I’d shift away from my usual dreamscapes and stand firmly on solid ground with my signature neutral style still present. This collection of work is a reflection of how I’ve grown into my own. The series is comprised of textured and bold pieces to play on the connection of feeling grounded and confident.
